"Colour is my day-long obsession, joy, and torment." -Claude Monet
Abstract art uses a visual language of form, color and line to create a composition. I challenge myself to capture common subjects that are often overlooked and then refine the photograph into an interpretive collage of color, motion, and textures. My impressionistic abstracts are original, raw art, using photography as the medium. The image is captured within a split second where light and motion are constantly changing and evolving.

Okavango Delta II
Motion blur from small motorboat of the brilliant colors of the Okavango delta waters near dusk. The clarity of the water with the multi colored grasses and lily pads add to the abstract effect.
