Abstracts
"Colour is my day-long obsession, joy, and torment." -Claude Monet
Abstract art uses a visual language of form, color and line to create a composition. I challenge myself to capture common subjects that are often overlooked and then refine the photograph into an interpretive collage of color, motion, and textures. My impressionistic abstracts are original, raw art, using photography as the medium. The image is captured within a split second where light and motion are constantly changing and evolving.

Meandering
We meander throughout our lives. We meander throughout our day, at work, and with our thoughts. In nature meandering also occurs.
My “Meandering” came from a beautiful crystal clear creek bed complete with filtered light from the above tree canopy in the Citico Wilderness area of Eastern Tennessee.
