Abstract art uses a visual language of form, color and line to create a composition. I challenge myself to capture common subjects that are often overlooked and then refine the photograph into an interpretive collage of color, motion, and textures. My impressionistic abstracts are original, raw art, using photography as the medium. The image is captured within a split second where light and motion are constantly changing and evolving.

Majestic, brilliant, colorful, grandiose, spectacular are just a few colorful adjectives I could use to describe this wonderful area of atmospheric phenomena in the New Mexico skies.
